Stance /motion/LC/explode 2) select a leg to shoot on 3) shoot/reshoot-finish with a half and 2nd hand 4) Push/pull angle ELBOWS 5) keep him out front 6)name the set up- Jolt drill 7) start in a whizzer 9) IN AROUND OVER 10) as many shots as you can in a minute-cut him correctly 11) snap down grab and spin 12) check your watch to a 2 on 1 and score- take him down correctly 12) victory drill feet (time management)
Follow drill 2) Return to a ball 2) Heel post vs. stand up
