Wednesday Weights – June 17

Needs: Bodyweight, or something to lift

Warmup: 50 ATYT, 20 diamond cutter, hulk, touch your toes, squat, roll it up – repeat

Strength: Temp 1-2-1; 6 sets of 3 reps. Board bench press, deadlift, strict pull-ups

The Workout: (try and change what you did from Monday – I’ll show you how)

Cardio: 3x400m sprint, 4x200m, 4x100m, 4x50m
