Needs: body weight or something to lift

Warmup: 50 ATYT, 20 diamond cutter, hulk, touch your toes, squat, roll up, repeat

Strength: temp 1-2-1; sets of 3 reps, board bench press, pause on box squat, strict pull ups

The workout:

Cardio build: 3x400m sprint, 3x 200m, 4x 100m, 4x 50m
